My Philosophy
As a psychiatrist, I have the opportunity to help others achieve their own personal aspirations whether it be in the domain profession, academics and/or relationships. I believe that each individual is unique and that the frustrations that he or she encounters in the pursuit of his or her dreams likely arise from past experiences, current environment, skill sets and also biology. I find the experience of diagnosing and treating adult ADHD especially rewarding as this condition is under diagnosed and is often effectively addressed with the correct medications and skills training.
Areas of Expertise
Through clinical experience, ongoing study, and formal training including residency I consider myself proficient in both psychopharmacology and psychotherapy. In addition to psychotropic medications, I use a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities including but are not limited to psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, cognitive behavioral, trauma focused and interpersonal approaches. Areas of expertise include treatment of depression, ADD / ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders as well as a number or other conditions. I am Board Certified by the State of Ohio to recommend medical marijuana.

- Graduated from Ross University School of Medicine in 2011
- Graduated with Bachelors of Science in Psychology at The Ohio State University in 2005

- Initial assessment - 60 Minutes - $300
- Follow up appointment with medication management - 30 Minutes - $150
- Follow up appointment with medication management and psychotherapy - 50 Minutes - $225
- Medical marijuana recommendation for PTSD - 50 minutes - $250
- Medical marijuana re-certification (annual) - 40 minutes - $200
About My Practice
- I am based in Central Ohio, currently, my practice is limited to Telemedicine.
- Telemedicine refers to the practice of caring for patients remotely when the provider and patient are not physically present with each other. Modern technology has enabled doctors to consult patients by using HIPAA compliant video-conferencing tools (e.g. WeCounsel, Zoom, Doxy.me, Webex for Healthcare etc).
- I am licensed to treat patients anywhere in the state of Ohio. The online platform that I currently use is WeCounsel (https://www.wecounsel.com/).
- All prescriptions are sent electronically.
- I accept credit cards, debit cards and certain FSA cards.
Please Note
Payment is due at the time of service.
I do not except any forms of insurance in my telepsychiatry practice nor do I do any disability or FMLA paperwork.
I do not provide any substance abuse / addiction treatment.
Any behavior concerning for medication abuse, diversion or any type of illicit use of prescribed medications will result in immediate discharge from my practice and likely notification of law enforcement.
I reserve the right to charge an $80.00 no show fee in event of a missed appointment or appointment cancelled with less than 24 hour notice.
Due to this being a self pay practice and issues involving insurance contracts, under most circumstances I will not be able to provide superbills to submit to health insurance plans.
